Information for patients-

Before attending an appointment

 

 

Please contact me and DO NOT attend your appointment if:

​

• You have a cough, fever, loss of sense of taste or smell or any other symptoms of Covid 19

• You have had any of these symptoms or been around anyone with these symptoms in the past 14 days

• You have been asked to isolate by the Government Test and Trace service

• You are living with anyone who is unwell or in quarantine

• You have come back from another country in the past 14 days

 

When attending your appointment:

​

• Arrive at the correct time and wait in your car.

• Come alone – no friends/family will be allowed unless the patient is under 18 years old.

• Arrive wearing a mask.

• Use the provided alcohol hand gel when entering.

• You will be asked Covid 19 screening questions and have your temperature checked.

• Try to bring as few personal possessions as possible.

• I will be wearing full PPE – apron, gloves, type IIR face mask and visor.
